I decided to use Polly (the main character from the new comic series I'm working on) and a generic tentacle monster for the characters in my 24 hour comic. When you're under such a tight deadline it's best to stick with what you know. I know what Polly looks like and I know tentacle monsters. The story is interesting in that if gives you a sneak preview of Polly's personality, but the story is non-canon to the new series I'm working on. I suppose you could think of it as an alternate reality Polly.
