Science Ninja Big Ten opens for A Flock Of Seagulls at the Corktown

Setting up before the gig. Here's a shot of my keyboard rig.

Hey! That was a poem. Awsome. Let's see, what have we got here that would interest any fellow gear heads... not much. My rig is pretty minimal. Hohner Pianet-T with Digitech RP-100 Guitar Effects Proccessor. Then the Casio AZ-1 strap-on MIDI controller which controls a GM synth I built out of an old Pentium 100 which runs sans monitor, mouse, and keyboard and boots into synth mode. Not a pretty synth but it was free since I built it out of junk people would have otherwise just thrown away (it was Monica's old computer). The synth goes into a flanger and an analogue delay pedal. 99.9% of the time I'm just playing a cheesy combo-organ patch on this machine. The two keys are then run into an old Tascam Porta One 4-track cassette recorder (which was for many, many years my main audio recording deck until I went digital) which is used as a mixer before sending the audio to the Behringer B300. The B300 is actually a powered PA speaker, but I'm using it as a keyboard amp because I've been waiting for over a year now for Behringer to release their new keyboard amps. C'mon guys, get on the ball!

Oh hey! And my trademarked "Gimp Stick" is in the photo too.
