A street on the city of Bangalore outside the reseach centre we were staying at. My wife, Beena, was there to work doing whatever work it is accountants do. We stayed in a guesthouse on the campus. It was very nice, unfortunately I was very ill for all but the last three days while we were in Bangalore. Bangalore was very nice. It's cooler than Kerala even though the temperature is maybe only a degree or two less it's far less humid which means you don't feel the heat as much. The city is more urban with better infrastructure than Travandrum although as the population is experiencing a boom due to the IT industry the people are finding the infrastructure is no longer able to adiquately serve the populous.
