Hello, My Name Is 'Fred Fucking Gallagher'.

Hey look! Who is this handsome fellow? Why it's Mike Score from A Flock Of Seagulls. Ha! You wish! It would be much easier to get Mike Score's autograph. This is none other than Fred Gallagher, world famous webcomic artist and creator of MegaTokyo.

You know, over the years I've had a lot of fun teasing Fred (mostly because I delight in making some of his fanboys cry), but the truth be known I actually have a lot of respect for the man's "m4d 4r7 5k1//z" (as the kids are want to say). Besides, you should see just how popular this guy is at these cons. The freaking line-up to get his autograph is freaking huge! His girlfriend should be greatful that the man is so straight-laced because if our boy Piro were a player, he'd be getting all the pussy at these conventions. You should see all the fangirls that line up just to get a chance to giggle infront of him.

Heck, I got this bag-o-stuff when I picked up my advanced ticket. Inside it was a limited edition CN-Anime MegaTokyo print (mine is number 645 of 1000). While I was picking up my ticket holder, this girl infront of me opened up her bag, pulled out her MegaTokyo print, squealed so loud that dogs in Oshawa pricked up their ears, and then proceeded to lick and kiss it all over. Now that's some kind of fanbase!

I've had people do that with certain parts of my anatomy but I've yet to ever have anyone do that with a print of any of my artwork.

I was half tempted to get into the line to get Fred to autograph my print (I wonder how much I'd have been able to get for it on Ebay) but this picture is as close as I was able to get to Mr. Gallagher before security asked me to leave the area and warned me I was not allowed within 25 metres of Fred Gallagher or I would be removed from the convention and not permitted to return. In retrospect it was probably for the best anyways.
